Emma is the Director of Adult Social Care and strategic lead for Public Health, in Dudley Council.
Emma is a qualified social worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work, Emma brings a strong foundation of professional practice alongside extensive leadership experience. Her expertise spans strategic planning, change management, commissioning and service transformation, underpinned by a commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.
For WM-ADASS she is leading on safe & effective practice, including leadership of practice quality and improvement and alignment with CQC assurance expectations, working with the Principal Social Worker and Principal Occupational Therapist networks. She is also the lead for WM-ADASS's equalities, diversity and inclusion network and other activities.
