Interim Statutory Director of Adult Social Care (DASS)
As DASS for Shropshire Council, which hosts WM ADASS, Natalie is responsible for oversight of the regional programme infrastructure, governance and support arrangements, enabling its effective delivery.
She is also the lead for the WM-ADASS co-production and involvement programme including the Co-production Advisory Group, which is working to embed lived experience across all WM ADASS improvement areas.
