WM-ADASS Associate
Emma is providing communications strategy and delivery for the West Midlands International Recruitment Programme.
She has over 20 years of experience leading communications and engagement across the public and private sectors - specialising in designing and delivering strategic communications that support complex change, influence policy, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Emma began her career as Senior Press Officer at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), where she helped shape national policy debates around work and employment. Since then, she has worked with a wide range of organisations to lead communications through periods of transformation, aligning messaging with organisational goals and policy priorities.
Her current assignment with WM-ADASS focuses on supporting the delivery of the West Midlands International Recruitment Programme. In this role, Emma leads on communications strategy and implementation - ensuring messaging is aligned across partners, stakeholders, and regions; managing the dissemination of key updates including legal and regulatory changes; and supporting the development of communication tools and resources to inform and engage care providers and local authority leads.
She plays a key role in coordinating major stakeholder messaging, ensuring alignment with national policy, and supporting regional delivery through structured communications planning, webinar content, and collaborative engagement with key stakeholders.
