Gill is a health and care leadership professional currently serving as Programme Director with the DHSC funded West Midlands International Recruitment Programme.

As such Gill is working with a team of ADASS Associates to develop regional and local systems for ethical recruitment and retention of international care workers displaced from their place of employment due to revocation of their employer’s sponsorship licence by the Home Office.

Building on her clinical background over her forty-year career, Gill has held a variety of leadership roles in the NHS, social care, international health, and the charitable sector. She has worked at all levels including grass roots, local, regional, national. Across the globe she has worked in the Asian, African and South American continents where she made contributions to health system development.  

Gill is also a qualified executive / leadership coach, and is totally passionate about supporting / empowering leaders to navigate complex situations to achieve sustainable and practical change.

Her most recent charitable sector work is as Trustee for Christian Blind Mission, a global disabilities charity, where her key contributions included driving an ethical investment approach and supporting disability inclusive responses to climate change in some of the poorest and most affected countries of the world.
