Keymn brings over 20 years of experience as an unpaid carer and more than a decade of experience in embedding co-production within social care, NHS, the voluntary sector, and research.
She began her journey with WM-ADASS in 2013, participating in her first Peer Challenge, and later became a founding member of the Voices for Improvement Advisory Group at National Voices, where she co-designed the Voices for Improvement leadership development programme, supporting people with lived experience to coach senior leaders. Through this initiative, she became Head of Experience at National Voices.
Keymn is Co-Chair of the WM-ADASS Co-production Advisory Network and in December 2024, she founded the Co-production Leads Network, which she also co-chairs. These networks co-produced the Recipe for Co-production model, supporting local authorities in their co-production journey.
Keymn is extremely passionate about strategic co-production and supports people and professionals to shape health and social care services. Over time she has built up her experience in the sector which has enabled her career as a Lived Experience Advisor/Facilitator.
As the WM-ADASS Associate for co-production she offers Lived Experience leadership and in partnership with WM-ADASS demonstrates a pathway for Lived Experience leadership and development.
