Exploitation Case Assistance Sessions

These sessions provide a confidential, collaborative space for practitioners working with exploitation cases.

WM-ADASS are working in partnership with Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council, as part of the Intrenational Recruitment Programme to deliver Exploitation Case Assistance Sessions.

These are designed to support professionals managing complex exploitation concerns across the West Midlands. They are interactive online sessions bringing together professional guidance, collaborative problem-solving, and shared learning in a safe and supportive environment.

Practitioners are encouraged to bring active cases, emerging concerns, or challenging scenarios for discussion. Our exploitation specialists work alongside attendees to provide practical advice, expert insight, and real-time solutions that strengthen professional confidence and practice.

Led by Deborah Huxton, Modern Slavery and Violence Prevention Programme Manager, Sandwell Councill and the WM ADASS International Recruitment Programme Team, the sessions promote practical learning, peer support, and multi-agency collaboration through discussion of both current and historic situations.
