WM-ADASS will be sponsoring The Social Worker of the Year Awards again in 2025, this time for the Technology Enabled Lives and Innovation in Practice Award
Established in 2006, the aim of Awards is to recognise and celebrate the challenging work that qualified social workers do day in, day out, and highlight their achievements.
Last year we had the pleasure of cheering on winners from our region. Sue Bunker from Shropshire Council won Gold in the Team Leader of the Year, Adult Services category, and Chloe Lambert (also Shropshire) and Parminder Sangha of Worcestershire won Gold and Silver respectively in Adult Social Worker of the Year 2024.
