Surrinder Bains is based at Birmingham Voluntary services council (BVSC) and is focused on linking the WM ADASS research programme to the wider voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise sector (VCFSE). As part of his work he will be recruiting community researchers from under-served communities and groups. In previous roles, Surrinder has project managed regeneration projects in health, housing, education and employment, co-designed and delivered across neighbourhoods and with resident involvement in Birmingham and Sandwell.
