WM ADASS has launched its AI playbook at the West Midlands Employers AI Festival taking place 26-30 January 2026.
The Playbook has been created with and for people who access social care services and others who want to know more about how AI helps individuals self-manage.
According to Tanya Miles, DASS at Shropshire Council and Co-chair of the West Midlands Adass Co-production Advisory Group, The Playbook:
"explores the possibilities of artificial intelligence (AI) — not as something futuristic, but as something already present in our daily lives. We’re grateful to the many people and groups who shared their lived experience, feedback and ideas to shape this resource."
