Kieran has worked in the local authority setting for almost 4 years, working as an adminstrative assistant and later project officer at Shropshire Council, before moving to West Midlands ADASS.
As someone with a learning disability and mental health problems, Kieran adds the value of his lived experience to his work for West Midlands ADASS.
